Do I need to be licensed to apply?
No. Many of our agents start unlicensed. We give you a study plan and help you schedule the state exam. Most people finish within a few weeks.
Is this a salaried job?
No. Agents are independent contractors paid on commission. That's why the income ceiling is high, and why we look for people who are self-driven.
Do I have to work from Tempe?
No. You can work remotely in any state where you're licensed. Tempe is our home base for in-person training and events.
Where do clients come from?
We use lead programs you can purchase into, plus referral and warm-market systems. Lead strategy and costs are covered in your interview so there are no surprises.
Are there upfront costs?
Expect to pay for your pre-licensing course, state exam and license fees, plus leads once you're producing. We'll walk through realistic costs before you commit.
I'm a captive agent now. How does switching work?
We'll review your current contract terms with you, then handle new carrier appointments. You'll keep your license and gain access to more products.
